One of NAMP’s key objectives is to support recruitment, retention, progression of its members.

NAMP is a member of the ACPO Progression Group, Ministerial Steering Group on BME recruitment, retention and progression. It is shortly to also take an active part in the florafox-chl.ru/ progression group.
